About the property
The villa is located in the outskirts of Pilati village near Karojba, about 24 km from Poreč. You will certainly enjoy waking up to a clear sky and beautiful landscape.
Built in 2018, Brih II is a new and modern villa which offers you all the amenities for a luxurious stay. This holiday home is completely furnished and equipped with all the standard facilities. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, and one with a double bed. The rooms also have satellite TV, air-conditioning, and the ground floor bathroom has a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The kitchen, dining area and living room are also on the ground floor, fully equipped so you don't need to worry about anything more than the groceries. There is a dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, cooker, and first and foremost – a coffee machine. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, along with en-suite bathrooms and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the vineyards around the villa.
You can dive into the pool directly from the dining/living area and relax with a good read in hand on a sun lounger in the shade of a parasol. You can also make a delicious lunch on the BBQ and eat in peace under the covered dining area outside. Make use of the free WiFi and explore the many hiking and biking trails in the area, or find your new favorite konoba.

The 4 bedrooms, of which 2 have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, can accommodate 8 people, who can all enjoy the serenity of the surrounding nature. You will wish to come back every year.

Villa Brih II
Even better than the pictures! We were a group of 7 people and we have very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. The surroundings are stunning with beautiful sunsets. The villa is very modern, clean and well equiped. The villa is perfectly situated near lovely towns and driving distance from the coast. The communiation with the friendly hosts went smoothly and they have given us the most warm welcome. We very much recommend this villa and look forward to stay there again some time.

Eine wirklich tolle Villa mit sehr gutem Grundriss und reichlich Platz.
Modern, hell, gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet:
- vollständige Küchenausstattung inkl. Weinkühlschrank und großem Gefrierer
- gute, große Fernseher
- stabiles und schnelles Internet
- sehr gute Matratzen auf den großzügigen Betten
- mittlerweile gehört sogar eine Tischtennisplatte dazu
Die Umgebung mit den Rebstöcken ist ebenfalls sehr schön.
Suzi & Marin sind immer ansprechbar und reagieren extrem schnell und freundlich.
Wir haben selten eine so schöne Unterkunft gehabt. Vielen Dank!

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger, abgelegnerer Lage mit großem Garten inkl Pool. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie/ Freunden. Die Villa ist, wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Uns hat es in 2 Wochen Urlaub an nichts gefehlt. Extrawünsche wie Hochstuhl und Reisebett wurden sofort umgesetzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern lief reibungslos ab und man wurde herzlich empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Wir waren im Juni 2021 zwei Wochen in der Villa Brih II und haben unseren Familienurlaub mit vier Erwachsenen sowie zwei Babys verbracht. Die Villa war wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Von der Einrichtung über die Ausstattung bis hin zu den freundlichen Gastgebern gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Gastgeber stehen einem jederzeit zur Verfügung und kümmern sich um alles. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful location! You are surrounded by several wine yards in this beautiful villa. The hosts are very friendly and gave a lot of tips on what to do in the area. Everything you need and more is in the house! Would definitely recommend coming here for a chill vacation! -Google Maps

Bij aankomst viel direct op dat de villa prachtig en goed verzorgd ingericht is. Groot zwembad op het zuiden gelegen met ligbedden, zitjes, eettafel en een buitenkeuken. Geen geluidsoverlast van de buren, hooguit geplons in het water. De villa staat in een klein dorpje waar geen voorzieningen zijn. Supermarkt op ongeveer 10 autominuten. -kroatievilla

Ausgesprochen nettes Vermieterehepaar. Schon bei der Ankunft werden wir mit einer Jause empfangen und zum Geburtstag kam der Besitzer sogar mit einer Geburtstagstorte vorbei!! Auch als wir ein technisches Problem hatten konnten wir den Besitzer um 22:00 noch erreichen und umgehend kam jemand vorbei. Das Haus ist modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Pool gibt es auch für 7 Personen reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen, das Pool nicht stark gechlort, sehr angenehm zum Baden. Die Lage der Villa ist idyllisch und ruhig im Hinterland, auch die Geschäfte sind rasch erreichbar und für Ausflüge liegt Pilat sehr zentral in alle Richtungen. Als wir dort waren war es nicht windig, der Sitzplatz unter dem Dach sehr angenehm und es gab auch kaum Stechmücken. Ein empfehlenswertes Plätzchen, wir können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen!! -kroatievilla
